annagar33 So just FYI I think this style was recalled so you may be able to get a new pair of shoes or a refund in store! I had them in another color, and the metal piece came off. They recalled them since then I think! Worth a try!

annagar33 I went to the store to get mine fixed because my sister had the same problem a year ago and her local store just sent them back for repair. I never really wore mine after they broke. I took them in and they kept them for a couple days and then let me know they couldn't fix them because they decided to recall the style. I guess by the time I finally got around to taking them to the store, they had decided to recall them!

dianasjp @annagar33 because I only worn these once so I never know that there's a problem with the metal. When did u get them returned? Do u think if I go in right now they will still take em?

annagar33 ah no I don't they'll know. You can kinda see on the left one where the golf piece is no longer covering the seam between the two leathers. Basically what happens is that starts to move a little bit more each time you wear them, and it can actually break off. It happened to me at a conference and I actually thought the piece that broke off was someone's bracelet until someone pointed out my messed up shoe ha.
