Tory Burch Wyatt Boots

Tory Burch, Wyatt Boots, black, size 9. Purchased in 2017. Received as a gift but they don't fit right. There is minor wear but I've never worn them outside, just around the house to get a feel for them. I hoped the fit would change over time and then forgot about them. They zip all the way up but it's too tight around the calf.
