Tory Burch Women's Flower Design Dress

Tory Burch Women's Flower Design Dress, flowers are a dark navy/purple velvet design, size 12 but runs small. The flowers are a raised velvet, so this is a heavy dress... because velvet, some flowers are mildly discolored due to wear but zoom in and you can't really tell. The hem is pulled at inside seam & can be reinforced but not noticeable when wearing. I'm not a seamstress, so I'd rather sell as is. Great dress for an original almost $600 dress. Open to offers.
