This cotton skirt from Tory Burch is a light weight summer staple. It has patch pockets on the front and grosgrain ribbon trim around the waist. It has an invisible zipper and a hook and eye at the back. It is a summery fabric with some texture to it-- almost like it is ribbed (except that it's woven, not knit). It is what I would describe as cotton pique-- but it is not corduroy.
No stains, snags, or holes. EUC. Size 4.

Would you be able to measure hip area?

@marciejackson Hi, thanks for checking out my closet! I added two pictures with measurements, please take a look. Laid flat, unstretched, the skirt measures about 14.5 inches across the waist and about 16.5 inches across at where I would estimate the hips would fall. Hope this will work for you!

@jnposher what material is this skirt?

@marciejackson This skirt is 98% cotton/ 2% spandex. If you look closely at the picture with the size tag, you can see that there is some texture to the fabric. I think it's called cotton pique. Almost like there is a stripe texture to the fabric-- but a summery fabric, not corduroy. It's very hard to photograph something that's solid white-- hope that explanation helps!
