Tory Burch Silver Reese Distressed Leather Flats

Tory Burch Metallic Silver Reese Distressed Leather Flats with Tassels. Used & the back of one of the shoes has a weird brown worn rubber spot of some sort. See photo. Can probably be covered up with some sort of metallic rubber paint? No size listed, I’m assuming they are a size 7.5 since I’m a 6.5 and they were too big. I also measured and it came to about 9.375”. Beautiful shoe!
