Do these run small?

@kglass08 They do run a bit small. I am a size 10 in boots and 9.5 in heels, and these are small on me. I can get my foot in them and wear them, but they are not comfortable. And I made a mistake on the size in my original listing. They are a 40, and I was thinking that was a size 10, but it's actually a size 9.5. I am correcting the listing now. I am sorry for any confusion.
