Brand New, Never Used, No Flaws. I put this in my closet and then got pregnant, so I just forgot about it and never used it. Nothing wrong with it at all. It’s so cute and fun! It is white with Black details (but could easily pass for Navy). Comes with a Tory Burch Dust Bag as well. The tag was laying in the bottom when I purchased it at the store even though it has a plastic piece where the tag would normally be. As you can see in the photo, there is no hole in the tag for the plastic to go through.
