Questions? Leave a comment below! Does have multiple wear areas in corners and sides. One side pocket has some white marks. I believe a good wash would remove. The most major issue is the strap for the cross body or shoulder version. You could likely repair. Lots of inside storage. I used as a work bag versus a diaper bag so no diaper pad included. I always kept the pockets open but they do zip.
