They are firmly attached and fully functioning, but the piping as well as the Leather of the straps are affected - please view/zoom in on all photos carefully. The above mentioned might be remedied by a tailor, however, I am not an expert, so please consider carefully. Other than that, the bag is gorgeous and the perfect purse!

ashleyposhemery This may be a longshot but it's worth asking anyways, I have a brand new Tory Burch Parker tote in the size large and color black which I purchased for $298. I originally wanted this Perry tote but it is no longer on the website so I went ahead and got the Parker tote in hopes of trading someone for the Perry tote. If it's something you would ever consider please let me know I would love to trade purses with you!!
