Tortoise Shell Appearance Jasper with Quartz - known as Maligano

Maligano is a beautiful variety of Brecciated Jasper from Buton Island in the Southeast Sulawesi Province of Indonesia. The breccia gives this cabochon the tortoise shell patterning, but this one has a unique blue grey agate quartzite point at one end.
