Torrid tencel blue skirt with ties, 16

Torrid light blue chambray-like tencel mini skirt with ties. The color is like a washed out denim - see measurement picture for the most accurate view of the color. It's a mini skirt but not too mini. Totally comfortable (it's tencel!) and moves with you. Zipper closure in the back with some elastic on the waist. Size 16 with approximate measurements: 21 inches across the waist and 22 inches waist to hem. Very good preowned condition.
