Torrid strapless maxi dress, size 0X, ruffle, flare, lined, turquoise, purple

This beautiful maxi dress from torrid is size 0, and is in like new condition. The bust is all elastic and fits very snuggly. The bust is completely covered by a wide, flouncy ruffle. The dress flares out from the bust to the floor. The dress is lined under the skirt, however the lining only goes down to about the knees, measurements below. The print is a zigzag pattern running horizontally around the dress. There are many colors in this dress, including blues, purples, pinks, orange, and red for a beautiful combination. The bust has plenty of stretch to it, but the fabric itself does not have much stretch. Smoke free, and pet free home. The measurement across the top of the bustline unstretched is about 15 inches but will easily stretch to 23 inches. the ruffle covering the bust at the top is about 8 inches wide. The measurement from the top of the dress to the bottom hem is about 46 inches, and the underlining skirt from the waist to the bottom hem is about 24 inches.
