It’s a beautiful skirt, does it fit above or below the knee?

@lilyplaster It doesn’t fit me 😩 so I can only tell you from holding it up. It goes to just below my knee, and I am 5’3. It measures 21 inches from top to the lace. The waist band is elastic, but also has a zipper closure in the back.
