kloveskitties @lexyndvs I measured the front of the skirt waistband, and it’s 20in across. I don’t have a way to stretch it and measure—that would require an extra set of hands, so not able to do that. I will say the waistband is elastic and quite stretchy. I wear a torrid size 2 and this fits comfortably and isn’t too tight, could easily be stretched for someone who wears a 3.
