Torrid popover polka dot ruffle blouse

Size 00 Bell sleeves. 3/4 length. Ruffles down chest. 100% polyester. Semi sheer. (9) Please see photos for measurements. They are approximate to +/- .5 in. Open to offers. My items are coming from a smoke free but pet friendly home. I very thoroughly lint roll every piece of clothing however, sometimes a few pieces of hair will slip through. Items may smell of laundry detergent.
