Torrid peplum top

Listing is for a beautiful blue and black torrid peplum, size 2. Fabric does have some stretch in it but still form fitting and sexy. The sides have black lace paneling for a more cinched look. Worn once but had some weight gain and it’s not fitting right so it’s time to let it go.
