These boots are brand new ladies. They are great quality boots from Torrid. They are a size 9w. Has a nice stretch to them and they zip up. Has cute side buckles. I don’t have the box but I do have the inside packaging still inside the boot. Don’t sleep on these. They make a great addition to your winter wardrobe
