Torrid knee high quilted moto wide calf boots

New never worn outside (maybe 15 minutes in the house when trying on) black knee high quilted back wide calf boots. The calf is 19" I am in love with these boots but I still have not lost the weight to get these to fit my legs right. They have been sitting in my closet since last November so excuse the dusty box. Open to reasonable offers but will not accept lowball offers at they are brand new and I did pay the full price not sale price for these.
