Torrid bright light blue blouse

Love the shade of torrids light blue. They are so vibrant! This long sleeve shirt pops with color. Made of a non-stretch material, it’s got cute polka dots embroidered on. The fabric seems to have small whit flecks every so often (pictures), but they aren’t noticeable. Beautiful embroidery in this size 2 too. Would be great in the fall and winter, and through early spring. Items come from dog friendly home.
