Torrid booties, size 8 (WW?) w/buckle

Wore just one night and walked 5 miles in these Torrid booties, size 8 WW. The WW is imprinted inside the boot but was not advertised as such. I wear a 8.5 in all other shoes and these fit a little loosely. This aside, they are really cute but do not offer arch support so I’d get a pair of insoles if that is a concern. Also, I discovered a gouge in heel of left bootie - maybe that happened on mile 4? Torrid stopped shipping shoes in boxes so I’ve kept them in their original bag since last wearing them in February. Ok to good condition (remember the heel). Zip side for easy access, wide boot shaft.
