Torrid black v neck Hoodie w/ kangaroo pocket

This beautiful black Hoodie dress has been a favorite of mine for years. It's long enough (I'm 5'7) to wear as a dress and/ or a tunic dress duality is key to a ever growing wardrobe. the strings actually do work, just not very well cause you have a V-neck collar
