Women’s plus size swim top by Torrid. Torrid size 2, aka 18/20, aka 2X. Top has underwire cup with internal 4 row hook and eye closure in the back. Wide straps are adjustable and hook through loops in the back either straight or crisscross and then tie. I believe this is new without tags, but not entirely sure.
