Torrid black stretch skirt with tan stars - EUC

Black skirt with tan stars. High waisted band at the waist. Some of the stitches at the bottom seam are coming loose. Not very noticeable, please see photos. Measures: waist 19 inches (not stretched) 23-24 inches (stretched); wait to hem length 23 inches.
