Torrid women's teal blue lace chiffon blouse. Top is chiffon with a soft cami lining, and cinched balloon sleeves with elasticat the wrist. Front and back of blouse have a beautiful lace inset with a single button closure at back of neck. Lace is also inset around sleeves. Can be worn with or without a cami - semi sheer sleeves and through lace inset.
