This Torrid Super Soft Mini Jersey Skater Skirt is burgundy and new with the tags attached. It is Torrid size 3 (22/24). It is soft and flowy, has pockets, and plenty of stretch. There are some hanger marks on the waistband, see photos. It is 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
