Torrid Special Occasion Dress

Black dress with white tulle rose design by Torrid. Sleeveless, tie back, dress has a rear zipper and wide straps, and a wide waistband detail. Size: 16, Color: black and white, Material: 100% polyester (hand wash per tag). Good used condition. The tulle underskirt is missing the hem stitching in places along the bottom and there are a couple of areas near and on the inner straps where the white decorative stitching has yellowing that did not come out after a gentle hand wash (I did not wash aggressively to prevent damage). Measurements are approximate and in inches: Shoulder: 12.5 (strap to strap), Chest: 17.75, Waist: 18, Length: 44 (total) 37.5 (without strap) Note: All items, unless NWT, are cleaned prior to listing.
