Torrid Soho Short Fray Hem Jean Shorts

Reposhing this item I purchased from @fashionista21. The shorts were brand new with tags when I purchased them. I wore them once, but they're a bit roomy on me. I found them in a smaller size and they're perfect. So these are basically new without tags.
