This swim suit is a size 3 and should fit a size 22-24. It measures 17 inches pit to pit and 20 inches hip to hip. The suit had lots of stretch. The torso of the suit is 12 inches. The peplum ruffle offers additional coverage to the hips and a touch of extra femineity. The top of the suit has removable padding and there is a small opening under the breasts.
