What does bubble hem mean?

@meganstars86 a bubble hem is when the bottom pieces of fabric are stitched together from the inside. It makes it billowy/bubbly. Hard to describe I guess but it’s a very cute dress.

Will this hide a really big belly or make it more obvious? Do you have to have a large bust to fill this out?
