Torrid size 00/10 Retro Chic skirt/slip. Never worn. It's very sheer, as I've shown in the photo. Measurements at the waist, the elastic will stretch out to approximately 19". Length is 24". Will be great as part of a Halloween costume. Smoke-free, pet friendly home.
