Nice Torrid Retro Chic rockabilly sweater bright blue and white with embroidered anchors on the collar. Size 2 is a 18/20 - see photo with size chart. Excellent condition except for the tie string - see photo - one is broken. You can still tie it - one side is just shorter. Measurements- armpit to armpit 23”, band waist 22”, length 23, sleeve 12”.
