Torrid Regal Floral Peplum Blouse

Torrid Size 4 (runs a little small in my opinion. I usually wear a 2/3 in tops from Torrid but this fit my bosom and waist nicely, had to pin the straps to make them shorter). Very well constructed and flattering. Gorgeous piece with an open top back. Great for parties and even the office with a blazer or cardigan.
