Torrid Rayon Pastel Pink Button Down Dress

Please excuse the make shift display station. This is a dress I got from Torrid a couple of years back. I have never worn it, though it does not have the tags. I haven’t found the occasion for it so I am hoping someone else can. It has 2 pieces, an inside stretchy pastel pink dress and the part that goes over that. The button down piece material is like Rayon, so that part doesn’t have much stretch. It is a size 2.
