Torrid Peplum Chiffon with Lace Inset, Embossed Polkadot Short Sleeve Top Sz 14

This top is adorable. It just doesn't fit me the way I had hoped. It has a lace insert around the neckline and peplum draping below the breast line. The fabric is flora chiffon and has embossed polkadots in the same navy blue as the fabric background. Reposhing this item. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions?
