Torrid, New with tags Short ruffled fluttery sleeve top. Dark gray color (some might interpret this shade of gray to have a tinge of navy to it) with Swiss dot-like polka dot pattern. Sheer and lightweight fabric. Some smocking at the top front shoulder area. Plus size. Size 2, equivalent to an 18-20 or 2XL Has the smallest flaw at the top back of shoulder as shown in red circle.
