jaskym @ashleynorton00 hi! The empire waist part is approximately 18in” straight across arm pit to arm pit I got approximately 22” then the bottom of the dress is just looser. It’s a very stretchy dress. And the bust part has like a sturdy shape to it. Not sure how to explain it snot just the same fabric as the bottom it has like foam or soft bra type support. It’s just thicker with a shape.
