Torrid HACCI MOCK NECK SKATER DRESS knit with cute Keyhole in back!

Beautiful dress! Never worn! Very high quality, looks and feels like a high end brand. Fabric is luxe, like a heathered blue, and on the warmer side (at least for me). I love it, but I am in between sizes and this is didn't fit me the way I wanted it to, a little more form-fitting on top (my chest is large). Very elegant, vintage1950s/1960s look. Questions?
