This is a gorgeous dress. Has never been worn. Still new with tags. The bodice is gathered in very small accordion folds. There is elastic at the wrist. The dress is lined. Hits mid to low calf. Pit to pit unstretched is 25 inches. Stretched is 29 inches. Sleeves are 25 inches and total length from the shoulder is 46 inches
