Measurements (laying flat): 16.5" pit to pit (unstretched) 23" (stretched), 30" top center of chest down to shortest part of hemline, 37" top center of chest to longest part of hemline. Fabric: 100% rayon (shell), 100% polyester (lining). Fit: Fit & flare, hankerchief hemline. Additional Details: Fully functional pockets, elasticized smocked top, fun bright striped print, flowy gauze fabric, lined below the smocked top, removable adjustable straps allow this to be converted to a strapless dress. Condition: Gently worn and laundered with light wash wear and several areas of spotting along the back which are hard to notice due to the drape of the fabric (see pic).
