Torrid Empress Cocktail dress

This beautiful burgundy dress has delicate gold streaks and embellished with 2 decorative borders giving the dress and empress like look, finished with an adjustable draw string that tie nicely in the back. There is a tiny snag (photo provided) on the back. Not very noticeable unless you’re actually looking for it
