Torrid size 2 black and white polka dot dress. Hits just above the knee when worn, with ruffles at the bottom and a band around the waste. Fits like a traditional size 2 from torrid. Has pockets!! There is a collar that makes it look more formal for work but can be casual too. Buttons at the top help you adjust the neckline. 3/4 length sleeve.
