Torrid Dress Black Floral High Low Summer Spring Floral size 10 M

This cold shoulder floral dress has a hi- lo hem line. The straps are adjustable by tying them. The sleeves are elastic as well as the back for a good fit. There is a built in black short slip. This is new with tags in a non smoking household. The dress measures approximately 18 inches from pit to pit and the overall length of the dress at its longest point is approximately 52 inches but it depends on how high you need to tie the straps. The inside and outside of the dress is 100% polyester.
