Torrid Burgundy semi-sheer floral skirt 1X, with under hem tulle ruffle & burgundy slip/liner (attached). Torrid size 1. Some elastic threads are popped/frayed (see photo with tag), but still hangs well and has plenty of elasticity. Floral, feminine, midi/tea length.
