Torrid 4x Black Embroidered V-Neck Dress 👗

I just don’t know about this dress. It had a tag on it, but it doesn’t seem new. Look very closely. The back needs steamed, seam is rolled up and is several inches shorter than the front. (Or maybe that’s a FBA?) Is that a new style? The embroidery only covers the front of dress and the sleeves. It’s nice, just needs some TLC. It’s from the “Torrid Insider Collection.” Yup. 🤫😁
