Torrid brand size 4 (4X but runs small) solid black velvet top with short flutter sleeves. Shirred front meaning cinched look down the middle. Somewhat stretchy material but does run small - see measurements below! Only worn once or twice if ever, in excellent condition, comes from a smoke free home.
