Cute top - no belt but you couldld use a skinny black belt with it or any belt of your choice. It has elastic in the waist so it gives you a figure without a belt. The v-neck does have a small stitch to hold it closed, but if you didn’t want it stitched, it is an easy snip with the scissors.
