Topshop Nordstrom Skinny pull on pant Legging Size 4

Lovely pair of pull on Topshop skinny pants. I wouldn’t call them leggings because the fabric is not too stretchy. The cool textured waistband IS stretchy. They are more dressy than leggings. Excellent condition. Waist 12” Inseam 28” The size in the tag says 4-6 but I would call them more 2-4. I sometimes wear a 6 and no way do they fit me!
