Topshop mini floral dress Pink ruffles

Topshop brand dress New with tags and has never been worn. Dress is a mini dress with a ruffle around the collar v neck down and three button closures at the waist. Sleeves are short sleeves but bell sleeves and they flow out. The flower details on the dress are a mixture of black blue and yellow subtlety. Ruffle goes down to the bottom. Length of dress from top to bottom is 32 inches. Perfect for a springtime outfit!
