Topshop high collar ruffle midi dress

This long black dress hits a Gothic note with ruffles, the high collar, and the long sleeves that puff at the shoulder. would look great with some Doc Martens or elevated with some heels. I wore it once for Halloween but would love to find the next person who will enjoy it.
