Topshop cropped, tied, collared flora shirt!

This shirt is so cute but I’ve never been able to wear it. My style changed and never felt right taking that tag off! Never worn outside of the dressing room. Tag is still on as you can see. Got this in London and dragged it all the way to the USA, so it deserves a good home!
